Return Process

  Log into your MANGMI account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship to MANGMI

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
